Teen Summer Fun!

Teen Summer Reading---“Get in the Game---READ!”
Teens are challenged to GET IN THE GAME at the library this summer.  As in past years, we'll offer "book bucks" for every book read or program attended, which may be used to purchase books or be entered into weekly raffles. This year's raffles include giftcards for:  iTunes, Dunkin Donuts, Orange Leaf, Gamestop, Michael's, Cinemagic, and Toadstool Books.
A variety of programs will be offered throughout the summer---make sure to sign up!  Miss Jane and Miss Sarah are once again challenging our teens to read 300 books--you did it last year, let's do it again this year!  If you do, we'll celebrate the end of the program with a special event of your choice!

On Thursday afternoons (when we’re not having a special program), Miss Jane will be available in the Young Adult area to chat about the books you’re reading, share a snack, and maybe even play a board game---make sure to stop by and say, “Hi!”

All summer long, weekly crafts will be offered in the Young Adult area for our “crafty” teens---both girls and boys!---make sure to try them all !!
