Children's Summer Reading

Starting Monday, June 15th you can register in the Children's Room and begin logging your hours. Stop in and pick up your summer reading materials.

Here’s what you’ll get:

• Reading Log (click for printable pdf)
• Lanyard, Registration Pin & Week 1 Pin
• An item to color to "grow" our garden

For every hour you read, you’ll get a raffle ticket to enter into one of the many prizes we’ll be raffling off. One prize will be picked each week. 

Once a week, we’ll have a different pin to add to your lanyard. Collect all 8 by coming to the library once a week all summer.

The caregiver that brings you to the library will also get a raffle ticket to enter into one of the adult baskets we’ll have in the Children’s Room. The caregiver will get a ticket (one ticket, once per day per child) just for bringing you! The caregiver raffle prizes will be called on Friday, August 7th.

Reading logs are due by 12PM on Friday, August 7th to be counted for raffle tickets. All raffles in the Children's Room, including the Caregiver Baskets, will close at 12PM.

We have a variety of raffle prizes for the kids to have a chance at winning. Come in, show your reading log and get your tickets. We'll call a winner each week, on Friday afternoons.
